To order your portrait or painting couldn’t be easier…

1 Decide which size of portrait you would like.

If you want your picture to fit into a particular space, remember that the quoted size is the canvas size and not the final framed size.

2 Call or email to make sure that I am able to take on your project, and to discuss any other requirements that you may have.

I normally need a minimum of two weeks to complete a work, so if your painting is wanted for a birthday or anniversary, please bear that in mind.

Christmas may also be a busy time, so ordering early is a must.

3 A deposit is required for all orders, payable online, or by cheque.

4 Email me photos to work from.

5 Once your painting is finished, I will email a copy for your approval, and you pay the balance (including any delivery costs, if any)

6 Your completed artwork will be sent to you.

What I need from you

• One ‘Target picture’ , the major pose you would like to see, plus several other pictures, showing the object from a few different angles and if possible in natural light. These can be scans sent digitally or I could work from photos sent through by mail. I prefer digital, as there is less risk of damage or loss of prints.

• The deposit paid quickly, so I can start work.

• A delivery address.

Delivery

Your finished painting will be sent via Royal Mail Signed for service. Prices will be advised at the time of portrait completion and balance payment.

If you have any preference as to delivery I will be happy to try and accommodate you.

Terms and conditions:

A deposit must be agreed and paid before any work can start.

25% of the deposit is non-returnable, even if the final portrait is completely rejected.

The artwork created remains the property of the artist until final payment is made.

The artist is willing to make some minor amendments at proof stage if required.

The artist retains the right to keep a copy of the work for use in publicity only. All other image rights remain with the client.
